Abstract

For the last couple of years, since dental implants are developing rapidly, immediate placement and sometimes even loading of these implants have become a real possibility! Since time is of highest value, patients are more and more aware of this possibility sometimes even demanding immediate treatments, especially when the aesthetic zone is affected by tooth loss! How safe and predictable are these procedures, when and how are we able to do them, and why is now the best time to talk about immediacy in implant dentistry? These are some of the main questions we will be discussing through the presentation!
