PICTURES REQUIREMENTS - Before and After

(Patients should sign an informed consent form)

1. Image Quality:
   • Resolution: High-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
   • Format: JPEG or PNG files.
   • Clarity: Images should be clear, well-focused, and free of artifacts.
2. Types of Images:
   • Radiographic Images: Include various types such as X-rays (periapical, panoramic), CT scans, MRIs, and any other relevant imaging modalities.
   • Annotated Images: Provide annotated versions of the images highlighting key findings, measurements, or areas of interest.
3. Before and After:
   • Comparative Images: If applicable, include before and after images to demonstrate the impact of the diagnosis and treatment.
4. Supporting Documentation:
   • Case Description: A detailed description of the case, including patient history, presenting symptoms, and the diagnostic process.
   • Imaging Techniques: Explanation of the imaging techniques and technologies used.
   • Outcomes: Description of how the imaging contributed to diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient outcomes.
5. Legal and Ethical Compliance:
   • Patient Consent: Ensure that you have obtained the necessary patient consent for using and sharing their radiographic images.
   • Anonymization: All images must be de-identified to protect patient privacy.
