Introduction
No doubt that dentistry has been introduced into the era of digital dentistry, where the revolution of 3D radiography, 3D stereolithography and motion optical tracking arguably have become a cornerstone for the revolution of real time navigation guided dentistry. This system allows continuous intraoperative coordination of the implantation phase with the preoperative plan, optimizing the accuracy. This new concept has been quickly adopted in the field of implant surgeries and endodontics due to its remarkable accuracy. Thus this systematic review was designed to follow definite criteria as to answer main research question, Does dynamic navigation represent high degree of accuracy in implant placement and endodontic treatment?
Aim of the study
The aim of the present study is to assess the accuracy of a new modality of computer aided real time dynamic navigation in implant placement and endodontic treatment through well designed systematic review and meta-analysis.
Methodology
A comprehensive review was per-formed by two independent reviewers who conducted literature search using a combination of key words to identify relevant studies in four different electronic data bases namely PubMed, Google scholar, Cochrane Collaboration and Evidence Based Dentistry together with manual search of references collected researches for the last ten years.

Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria
The research included articles published from 2010-2020, only English articles were considered. Both Invitro/exvivo and in vivo clinical trials were reviewed and included in the present study. Only case series of more than five cases were included.
Exclusion criteria
Articles that do not fulfill previous criteria as well as articles concerned with zygomatic, tilted and mini implants. It is also worth to mention that review papers as well as histologic studies were excluded. Not to mention that papers and articles not concerned with measuring “ACCURACY” as the main research outcome was not included as this review’s question will not be answered.
