Peri-implant tissue optimization in every-day practice. Improving esthetics, function and long-term stability
Abstract
Current evidence suggests that peri-implant tissue optimization can have a significant impact on the bone and supra-crestal tissue on the short and long term. The purpose of this presentation is to present updated guidelines on transmucosal and hard tissue contouring that can enhance the aesthetic outcome and the biologic response of the peri-implant tissues.
