Abstract

Endodontic treatment can be technically challenge for the clinician most of times because of the inherent anatomical variations and difficulties.

The ultimate objective had always been the safe and predictable three dimensional chemo-mechanical debridement and obturation of the root canal system.

In addition to the extreme importance of solid and up-to-date scientific knowledge, of constant training, in order to facilitate continuous improvement of their technical skills, it is also important that the clinician has the material resources that help him or her to solve the different challenges that are presented and overcome daily in the course of clinical activity. This workshop will focus on the smooth preparation of narrow and curved canals such as S shaped, safely and predictably by taking advantage of the martensitic file system.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the anatomical complexity of the root canal system
  • Identify the instrumentation risks of the highly curved canal system
  • Understand the metallurgical characteristics and the advantages of martensitic file system
  • Learn to customize the JIZAI rotary instrumentation protocols according to the anatomical challenges of each case
  • Develop a strategic approach to enhance safety and efficiency when shaping challenging anatomies through clinical case analysis and evidence-based decision making
