Abstract
Dr Williams will show how the use of Digital Dentistry can significantly enhance our ability to effectively and accurately diagnose, communicate, plan, execute and record all aspects that relate to the clinical management of the failing dentition.
This presentation will cover:
- use of intraoral-scan technology for effective communication, accurate diagnosis, and treatment planning and how to optimize visualization (for clinicians and patients)
- the importance of establishing realistic expectations in the use of digital technology
- the potential limitations and challenges associated with current technology
- developments and future possibilities
