Wayne has been an invited speaker to international conferences, clinical and academic institutions, as part of education and lecturing programs in 31 countries.  He has served as a clinical advisor to numerous medical and dental companies in the USA and throughout Europe, over the past 24-years.

Wayne has held positions as the International Clinical director for Milestone Scientific Inc. (USA) and as a lead clinical specialist at dental practices in Harley Street (London) and in the City of London.  He has published scientific papers in numerous peer reviewed, international clinical and research journals and is a past recipient of the Colgate Prize for post graduate research.  

Having received his post-graduate degree with distinction, Wayne has been the lead clinical specialist at smile2o, a private dental centre in Wokingham, Berkshire (UK) since 2004.

Dr Williams is in the advanced stage of completing two books for publication, one as the sole author “The Art and Science of Modern Local Anaesthesia” and the other in collaboration with a legal colleague/ patient - “Negotiating for Dentists and all those around us.” 

A key-opinion leader and international speaker for Align Technology, developing clinical strategies and exploring restorative advantages for using intra-oral scanners and software. 

Dr Williams is a keen golfer and McLaren racing enthusiast.
