RESTORATIVE FIXED BEST CASE refers to Dental Crowns, Dental Bridges, Dental Veneers, Inlays and Onlays, Implant-Supported Restorations, Single Arch Indirect restorative treatment including at least four restorations or more to show the case and Full mouth rehabilitation alongside Maintenance Therapy, Patient Education and Oral Hygiene Instructions.
(Patients should sign an informed consent form)
I. FACIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
- Full Facial Frontal View: Full Smile (with eyes covered, if required)
- Smile View: Profile views - frontal, lateral, close-up
II. INTRAORAL PHOTOGRAPHY
- Retracted view, close-up lateral, close-up buccal view, close-up lingual view, close-up shade matching, close-up interproximal views, and close-up gingival views.
- Treatment photos, intraoral scans, or impressions will be beneficial for the evaluation.
- Upload high-resolution JPGs or a PDF (each file under 5MB).
- Submit a 1,000–1,300 word case report by typing or pasting it directly on the platform.
- Important: Avoid including your name on photographs or PDFs to ensure anonymous judging.
- All photos should be taken before and after treatment.
- Any photo editing or corrections will disqualify the case.
- No refund upon disqualification.
