At the beginning of your presentation, please indicate one of the following categories that best represents your case.

This category recognises outstanding orthodontic treatment in children and adolescents where early intervention, growth guidance, space management or functional correction has improved the developing dentition and occlusion.

For cases treated with Twin Block or other functional appliances, including cases followed by fixed appliances or clear aligners.

For early treatment involving space management, space recovery, crossbite correction, crowding management or other interceptive treatment.

For Invisalign First, Invisalign Comprehensive or other clear aligner treatment in children and adolescents.

For more complex orthodontic cases involving extraction treatment, severe crowding, overjet, deep bite, dentoalveolar protrusion or combined treatment approaches.

Children and adolescents under 18 years.

• Growth modification with functional appliances
• Twin Block therapy
• Early Class II or Class III correction
• Space loss and space recovery
• Space maintenance
• Interceptive orthodontic treatment
• Mixed dentition treatment
• Early crowding management
• Deep bite or crossbite correction
• Invisalign First or other clear aligner treatment in growing patients
• Combined functional appliance and aligner treatment

• Clear diagnosis and treatment objectives
• Appropriate timing of intervention
• Treatment planning and appliance selection
• Clinical progress
• Final or current treatment outcome
• Improvement in function, occlusion and/or dental development

• Upload high-resolution JPGs or a PDF (each file under 5MB).
• Submit a 1,000–1,300 word case report by typing or pasting it directly on the platform.
• Important: Avoid including your name on photographs or PDFs to ensure anonymous judging.
• All photos should be taken before and after treatment.
• Any photo editing or corrections will disqualify the case.
• No refund upon disqualification.
