At the beginning of your presentation, please indicate one of the following categories that best represents your case.

1 tooth, 2 teeth, 3 teeth, 4 teeth.

1 tooth, 2 teeth, 3 teeth, 4 teeth (Molar Incisor Hypomineralization, Turner Hypoplasia, Amelogenesis Imperfecta, Dentinogenesis Imperfecta, root-treated discoloured teeth).

For clinical cases involving permanent posterior teeth in pediatric patients, including MIH, enamel hypoplasia, developmental defects, restorative management and rehabilitation of compromised permanent molars.

This gives you a clear place for these cases and avoids participants having to choose an unsuitable anterior-teeth category.

Clinical management of developmental or structural defects affecting permanent molars and premolars in pediatric patients. Cases may include: 

• Enamel hypoplasia 
• Molar Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH) 
• Turner hypoplasia 
• Amelogenesis imperfecta 
• Other developmental enamel defects 

Cases should demonstrate appropriate diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical management, preservation of tooth structure, function, and final clinical outcome.

• Upload high-resolution JPGs or a PDF (each file under 5MB).
• Submit a 1,000–1,300 word case report by typing or pasting it directly on the platform.
• Important: Avoid including your name on photographs or PDFs to ensure anonymous judging.
• All photos should be taken before and after treatment.
• Any photo editing or corrections will disqualify the case.
