MAXILLO-FACIAL DEFORMITY BEST CASE refers to maxillofacial deformities that aim to correct functional impairments, restore facial harmony, and improve the patient’s quality of life alongside Maintenance Therapy, Patient Education and Oral Hygiene Instructions.
(Patients should sign an informed consent form)
I. FACIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
- Full-face: close-up, smiling photo (front, lateral), right and left oblique views and close-up views of affected areas
- Smile view: profile views - frontal, lateral, close-up
II. INTRAORAL PHOTOGRAPHY
- Retracted view: Panoramic radiograph, Cephalometric radiographs, and 3D facial imaging
- Treatment photos, Intraoral scans, or Impressions will be beneficial for the evaluation
- Upload high-resolution JPGs or a PDF (each file under 5MB).
- Submit a 1,000–1,300 word case report by typing or pasting it directly on the platform.
- Important: Avoid including your name on photographs or PDFs to ensure anonymous judging.
- All photos should be taken before and after treatment.
- Any photo editing or corrections will disqualify the case.
- No refund upon disqualification.
