everX Flow
everX Flow is a short-fibre reinforced flowable composite indicated for dentin replacement in direct restorations (together with a conventional composite as enamel layer), and for core build-up.
Thanks to the short fibres it contains, everX Flow efficiently reinforces restorations and displays an exceptionally high fracture toughness. Fibres also help to redirect cracks and avoid catastrophic failures, which makes everX Flow an optimal material to use in weakened or cracked teeth, for instance after amalgam removal.
everX Flow has a very thixotropic viscosity which allows it to flow and adapt perfectly to the cavity floor, but without any slumping - even when used in upper molars. This optimal consistency makes your restorative treatment both faster and easier.
everX Flow is available in two unique shades to answer all your clinical needs. The Bulk shade displays a depth of cure of 5.5mm and is perfect for deep cavities, or whenever you want to speed up the treatment. The Dentin shade has a higher opacity and requires to be layered, and will be the best choice when you are looking for the best possible aesthetic results.

LEDERMIX ® Paste
Quick and reliable relief from pain for your patients
Cases of strong pain frequently occur during restorative therapy and acute emergency situations in every dental practice.
Conventional analgesics are not very effective for this. Local injections of suitable anaesthetics can either only control these situations in a very limited or temporally limited fashion. Besides the dentally mandated therapy, there is the option to use a preparation for such cases that has been proven for over 40 years: Ledermix® Paste
Thanks to the component triamcinolone acetonide (a very effective anti-infl amatory corticosteroid) Ledermix® rapidly combats the prevailing pain symptoms and rapidly brings about a substantial improvement. The broad-spectrum antibiotic demeclocycline, a further active pharmaceutical ingredient, lessens the usually ocurring bacterial contamination.
This special combination of active pharmaceutical ingredients enables Ledermix® to seem effective several-fold: rapid analgesia and effective reduction of cariogenic germs plus simple application make this preparation a very effective means for all the particularly disagreeable situations where few effective therapeutic remedies exist for pain-suffering patients.
The theoretical foundations developed by Professor André Schroeder, Berne, 50 years ago continue to enjoy the same validity today. A preparation thus exists in Ledermix® paste which can reference an exceptionally long and successful clinical tradition.
The paste is applied with a ball-plugger or a probe tip for small quantities or with a lentulo for application in the root canal.
The duration in situ until the tooth's symptoms are gone (pulpitic reaction) is always signify cant - so close recall is necessary. As soon as analgesia is in evidence, the Ledermix®Paste should be removed and replaced with a conventional preparation. Any negativeeffects (corticoids act antiproliferatively) then hardly need to be feared.
