Currently serving as a valuable member of the Staff in the Rhinology Division within the ENT Department of the Medicine Faculty at the University of Indonesia, Dr. Retno has been contributing her expertise since 1999. Dr. Retno's journey in Otorhinolaryngology began as an ENT Resident at the Medicine Faculty of the University of Indonesia in Jakarta, where she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of the field from July 1994 to October 1998.
Prior to her specialization, Dr. Retno played a crucial role in public health in Timor Timur, serving as the Head of the Public Health Centre in Becora from 1992 to 1993. Her dedication to community well-being was further demonstrated during her earlier years as a Medical Staff member in the Public Health Centre in Becora from 1991 to 1992.
