Dr Paolo Di Francesco is a Romanian-Italian dentist with expertise in prosthodontics and implantology. A graduate of Titu Maiorescu University, Bucharest, he holds a Master’s Degree in Oral Rehabilitation, a Specialist Diploma in Prosthodontics, and a Certificate of Competence in Oral Implantology. Currently pursuing his PhD, his research focuses on novel dental materials such as zirconia, lithium disilicate, and hybrid composites, exploring their biomechanical behaviour and long-term clinical performance.
Professionally, Dr Di Francesco serves as Coordinating Doctor at Clinica Dr Di Francesco in Bucharest and Assistant Lecturer at Titu Maiorescu University’s Faculty of Dental Medicine. His work combines clinical practice, teaching, and academic research, with a particular emphasis on complex restorative and implant-supported cases. He has presented at international congresses, including BIS Thailand and Implantodays, and has also participated in the Europerio congresses. In addition, he regularly contributes to dental literature with studies on advanced restorative materials and implantology.
Passionate about continuous growth and knowledge exchange, Dr Di Francesco is an active member of the Bucharest and Romanian Colleges of Dental Physicians. Beyond dentistry, he enjoys swimming, motorsport, crossfit, travelling, and exploring new cultures—interests that fuel his curiosity, creativity, and drive to bring positive energy into both his professional and personal pursuits.
