Jane Lelean is a dentist and former practice owner who did her initial training with Paul in 1994. Since then, has developed a career as a dental business coach and trainer, becoming the only dentist in the world to hold the highest level of accreditation by the International Coaching Federation, Master Certified Coach.

Jane works with dentists worldwide at all stages of their careers, in areas such as career progression, practice building, improved sales communication and sales, and team building. 

Jane has been at the cutting edge of developing a field of therapeutic coaching, enabling people to overcome many areas they may otherwise seek counseling or therapy such as fears, anxieties, overwhelm, lack of confidence, addictions, PTSD, and grief. Therapeutic coaching usually takes a few sessions whereas conventional approaches may take years.
