Dr. Antima Sharma began her career in dentistry after completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Delhi, India, in 2007. Over the next seven years, she practiced as a Dental Surgeon across several of Delhi's most respected dental clinics, building hands-on clinical expertise until 2014.

Driven to broaden her impact beyond the chair, she pursued a Master's in Healthcare Management and Administration from Westford University, UK. This new direction led her into clinical leadership, where she spent six years as a Clinic Manager with Vatika Medicare and Axiss Dental, overseeing operations and elevating standards of patient care.

In 2020, Dr. Sharma relocated to Dubai and joined CAPP Events & Training as Scientific Education Manager, where she brings together her clinical background and management experience to advance continuing dental education across the region.
