Devaughn has worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years, with 17 of those years specifically dedicated to his role as a technician or as the Director of Highland Dental Lab. With a keen understanding of the evolving dental landscape, Highland Dental Lab initiated its modernization journey 16 years ago by acquiring their first in-house milling unit. Over time, the lab has transformed into a state-of-the-art facility equipped with multiple scanners, mills, and 3D model printers.

Devaughn's pursuit of excellence extends to his professional development, as he has obtained advanced design certificates from reputable institutions such as Dentsply Sirona and Vita. Moreover, he is among a select few who hold the esteemed title of 'Global inLab Trainers' certified in Germany. Devaughn actively participates as a beta tester for software, hardware, and materials related to the field. In addition, he is a certified CEREC SPEAR mentor and shares his expertise through his writing contributions to several dental publications.

Devaughn proudly considers himself a "tooth nerd" and can often be found engrossed in dental publications or tinkering with his dental equipment. Beyond his professional pursuits, he embraces his love for the outdoors and rugby, although he confesses to having a congenitally defective sense of humor.
