Currently based in the UAE, he works at Austin Dental Laboratory LLC in Sharjah, where he specialises in shaping and anatomising porcelain and ceramics, staining and glazing restorations, and performing precise adjustments on crowns, bridges, and veneers. Known for his problem-solving skills and strong communication with dentists, he ensures that each case is handled with accuracy and tailored to patient needs.

Before his current role, Aghiad honed his expertise at Roya Dental Laboratory in Dubai and in Arbil, Iraq, gaining hands-on experience in porcelain crown construction, wax bridge design, and advanced ceramic procedures. A graduate of the University of Aleppo, he combines technical knowledge with artistry to deliver high-quality results.
