Ormco and CAPP host two specialist webinars for orthodontic professionals

Dr. Stuart Frost (USA) and Dr. Matias Anghileri (Argentina), speakers for the CAPP and Ormco orthodontic webinar series, April and May 2026.

Ormco, an Envista company, supported two specialist live webinars in orthodontics, organised by CAPP Events & Training and delivered to dental professionals across the Middle East and Europe. Each session attracted over 2,000 registered dental professionals, reflecting strong regional interest in advanced orthodontic mechanics and continuing professional development.

The first session, "Brackets system for advanced finishing: Where precision mechanics meet clinical artistry," was presented by Dr. Stuart Frost from the United States on 16 April 2026. The session focused on the principles of low-play, high-precision mechanics and outlined a systematic finishing protocol covering torque expression, root positioning, coordinated arch forms, and smile aesthetics. Through detailed case presentations, Dr. Frost demonstrated how modern bracket systems integrate with digital bonding, aligners, and skeletal anchorage to deliver predictable clinical outcomes.

The second session, "How to master self-ligation?", was presented by Dr. Matias Anghileri from Argentina on 20 May 2026. Building on the first webinar, Dr. Anghileri addressed how to translate advanced self-ligation principles into a consistent clinical workflow. The session covered core biomechanics, full bracket expression, and treatment sequencing, with particular focus on real-world variability, non-ideal cases, and troubleshooting strategies for everyday practice.

Both webinars are part of CAPP's ongoing commitment to delivering specialist orthodontic education to dental professionals in the region. Recordings and certificates of attendance are issued to registered participants.
