The awards programme is positioned as a platform for dental professionals to present documented clinical work to a regional audience, with case narratives and outcomes assessed across a range of aesthetic and restorative disciplines. While case submissions are expected to open later, registrants are able to begin preparing documentation in advance by selecting suitable cases, organising clinical photography and records, and developing a structured treatment narrative outlining rationale, workflow, and outcomes.

Cases are expected to be accepted across multiple practice areas, including conservative aesthetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, implants, digital workflows, orthodontics, and interdisciplinary treatment planning. CAPP stated that the early registration window is intended to support participants in curating case materials ahead of the submission period, particularly where visual documentation and records require additional time to compile. Further details on timelines, categories, and submission requirements will be released by CAPP in the next phase of the programme.
