Abstract

Every day we attend in our consultations more growing patients with malocclusions and the most recurring question is always: do I treat it now or do I wait? Rarely at the end of the treatment we regret having started earlier, however, there are times when we have regretted having let time pass to start. The treatment with aligners opens up a new world of possibilities to give answers to this question and decide to treat these patients in a simple and effective way at the right time.
