Abstract

The reality of any strong organization is that regardless of the abundance of expertise, drive, and passion the leadership has, exponential success may only be realized by the team who mirrors the leadership’s enthusiasm, buys into the mission of the team, and enables the operations of services rendered. Dentistry is no different. Unfortunately, there are myths regarding team selection while simple selection tips are missed to set practices up for success. This webinar will funnel the selection of a team to a five step process to render a high functioning, loyal, and sustainable team.
