Digital endodontics: From complexity to predictability
Lecture
14 Nov 2026 Area of interest: General Dentistry, Endodontics

Abstract

This lecture will explore how digital workflows can enhance the endodontic management of challenging anterior teeth. Clinical applications will include the treatment of traumatized teeth, with a particular focus on tooth autotransplantation, calcified canals, and regenerative endodontic procedures (revascularization). The use of digital technologies in the management of developmental anomalies affecting the anterior dentition will also be discussed.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the role of digital technologies in endodontic diagnosis, planning, and treatment in challenging anterior teeth.
  • Apply digital workflows to improve the precision of tooth autotransplantation.
  • Manage calcified canals and complex endodontic anatomy using digital tools.
  • Recognize the role of digital technologies in regenerative endodontics (revascularization).
