Modern digital pathways in implantology: Transforming treatment planning and execution
Abstract
This lecture will explore modern digital implant workflows, focusing on techniques and protocols that enable predictable outcomes through the use of intraoral scanning. Emphasis will be placed on digital impression from single to fully edentulous patients, supported by current research and clinical applications. Participants will gain insights into how digital technologies can enhance precision, improve clinical efficiency, and increase treatment predictability in everyday practice. The lecture presents elements such as healing abutment concepts, definitive abutment solutions and state-of-the-art bridge concepts.
