Dr. Hesham has over 27 years of clinical experience as a specialist in Oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. He acquired his PhD in Oral and maxillofacial surgery from Cairo University in 2008; He originally earned his Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at Cairo University  in 1998. 

Dr. Hesham holds a faculty position at Cairo university as a professor; he has been involved in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching since 2008. He was previously appointed as vice dean of student's affair at the Egyptian Russian university. He is the founder of EL Hawary dental center  since 2007.
