Dr Francesco Mangano is an Associate Professor of Digital Dentistry at Sechenov First State Medical University in Moscow, Russian Federation. He also lectures at the University of Hong Kong (China), the University of Lyon (France), and the University of Fez (Morocco), sharing his expertise in digital dentistry with students and professionals around the world

He is the Editor for the Digital Dentistry Section of the Journal of Dentistry (Elsevier, IF 4.8, CiteScore 7.3) and Editor-in-Chief of the Digital Dentistry Journal (Elsevier). Dr Mangano serves as President (2024–2025) of the Digital Dentistry Society (DDS) International and is the Director of the Mangano Digital Academy (MDA).

With over 150 publications in high-impact, PubMed-indexed journals, Dr Mangano has earned an H-index of 58 (Google Scholar) and 45 (Scopus). He works as a freelance clinician in Gravedona (Como, Italy), where he is fully dedicated to digital dentistry.
