Jörg is a dental technician with more than 20 years of clinical and laboratory experience across Germany and Estonia. He began his career with a dental technician apprenticeship at Fleimming Dental in Sprockhövel, Germany, before serving as Technical Director at Fleming Dental / BDGT in Tallinn and later as Partner and Technical Director at Megadental OÜ. In 2010, he was appointed a Zirkonzahn lecturer and opinion leader, representing the company in Estonia.

He has founded and co-founded a number of dental ventures, including the IOWADENT OÜ dental laboratory, the holding company IOWAGLOBE OÜ, the laboratory Tervisemaja Hambalabor OÜ, the distribution company Medshop OÜ and the MeerhoffDC OÜ dental clinic. He has also represented ICX implants in Tallinn. In 2020, he established Fibonacci Studio OÜ, a dental studio and training centre, followed in 2025 by the Fibonacci Diagnostic Center. He became an internationally certified trainer for VITA Zahnfabrik in 2023.
