Dr. Vincent J. Morgan is a 1970 graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and has practiced implant dentistry for more than five decades. He leads the prosthetic team at the Implant Dentistry Centre, a private group practice in Boston, Massachusetts, where his clinical focus is implant-supported restorative treatment.
Throughout his career, Dr. Morgan has been involved in the development and refinement of restorative techniques within implant dentistry, including screwless implant restorations and CAD/CAM-based prosthetic approaches. After extensive experience placing and restoring implants with multiple systems beginning in 1970, he participated in the acquisition of the Bicon Implant System from Stryker Instruments in 1994. He currently serves in a leadership role at Bicon, LLC.
Dr. Morgan lectures internationally on implant biomechanics, restorative-driven treatment planning, immediate placement and loading protocols, extra-oral cementation techniques, and long-term clinical outcomes. He is the editor of The Bicon Short Implant: A Thirty-Year Perspective (Quintessence Publishing, 2017).
