Dr. Ibrahim Duqum is a Professor of Prosthodontics and the Director for Clinical Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Adams School of Dentistry. Formerly he served as the Pre-doctoral Prosthodontics Director at the Division of Comprehensive Oral Health and the Director of the Division of Prosthodontics in the Department of Restorative Sciences at UNC Adams School of Dentistry. Dr. Duqum completed his DDS degree in Dentistry from the faculty of Dentistry at the University of Jordan in 1997 and a certificate and an M.S. Degree in Prosthodontics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008. He is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists and the American Dental Education Association Leadership Institute and a member of numerous dental organizations.
Dr. Duqum clinical interests include oral rehabilitation of complex cases with fixed, removable, and implant-supported prostheses. His research interests include the educational and clinical applications of Digital Dentistry in addition to the clinical applications of Implant Therapy and Contemporary Dental Materials. Dr. Duqum publishes and lectures about all aspects of prosthodontic and Dental Implant Therapy.
