Dr. Damir Jelušić (DMD,PhD) received his dental degree in 1995, a certificate in dental implantology from the Branemark Center in 1999, and a certificate in periodontology in 2005. He completed specialization in periodontology at the University Hospital Center Zagreb in 2007. He earned his PhD title at the School of Dental Medicine, University of Zagreb in 2014 on research that focuses on biomaterials and their use in implantology. 

Dr. Jelušić is a member of a number of international associations and medical institutions including the European Association of Osseointegration (EAO), the International Congress of Oral Implantologist (ICOI), and the Croatian Society of Dental Implantology (HDDI). 

For the past 20 years, Dr Jelušić has been pursuing numerous courses of professional specialization in the field of dental implantology. He actively participates in numerous courses, trainings, and congresses of implant prosthetic rehabilitation held by world-class lecturers.  Notable advanced courses include a two-year Master of Implantology, a one-year Master of Periodontology, an Advanced Surgical Master in Regenerative Implant Dentistry, and Master Program in Fixed Prosthodontics. 

Dr. Jelušić’s state-of-the-art private clinic which focuses on implantology and periodontology includes also CAD/CAM dental laboratory with CBCT diagnostic center and is located in Opatija, Croatia. He lectures actively at the national and international levels and is a recognized speaker in the fields of dental implantology and regenerative techniques. Dr. Jelušić is the author of several specialized and scientific articles in the field of dental implantology.
