Christine is an experienced pharmacist leading the Specialist Pharmacy Service (SPS) Dental Medicines Advice Service. She has specialised in providing expert advice on medicines to dentists and the wider dental team across the UK for over 25 years.

Throughout her career, Christine has developed a deep understanding of the key medicines-related issues faced by the dental profession, particularly in areas such as prescribing and legal compliance, drug interactions, and oral adverse effects.

She has contributed to national guidance by collaborating with organisations such as the Scottish Dental Clinical Effectiveness Programme (SDCEP) and the Faculty of General Dental Practice (FGDP). Her work has been published in respected journals, including the British Dental Journal (BDJ) and Dental Update.

Christine is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience. She actively supports the training of foundation dentists in North West England and North Wales, as well as participating in postgraduate education programmes across the UK.

In addition to her work in dental medicines, Christine leads the Yellow Card Centre North West, which operates on behalf of the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to promote and support the reporting of adverse drug reactions through the Yellow Card Scheme.
