Asst. Prof. Dr. Faleh Mushabab Alqahtani has a Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science from the College of Pharmacy at King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which he obtained between 2005 and 2011. He then pursued a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Graduate School of Biomedical Science at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, Texas, which he completed between 2014 and 2018.

He has worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the College of Pharmacy at King Saud University since 2018, and prior to that, he served as a Teaching Assistant in the same department between 2012 and 2018. He also worked as a Pharmacist at the Armed Forces Hospital in the South Region (AFHSR) from June 2011 to January 2012.
