Abstract

The Covid-19 emergency is trialing our health and daily life. In this context we has released a common toolbox of ideas to support oral hygiene. In this frantic race against time to fight off the coronavirus, we will discuss scientific and technological knowledge that could make oral self-care more efficient,  smarter and better prepared to help oral health  to face such global crises in the future. We’ll probably see a dental hygiene concept B.C. and A.C before coronavirus and after coronavirus.

Learning Objectives

  • Recognize the connection between oral health and quality of life
  • Identify associations between self-regulatory interventions  and oral self-care
  • Perform a focused oral hygiene assessment in order to increase oral health
  • Work collaboratively with coaction strategies to ensure the appropriate management of patients oral self-care behaviors
