University of Sharjah and CAPP collaborate in hosting the 3nd UOS International Dental Symposium

The 3rd edition of the University of Sharjah International Dental Symposium successfully concluded, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and innovation in the field of dentistry. The event marked another milestone in the University’s strategic efforts to enhance its academic reputation, international ranking, and visibility within the global dental community.

This year’s symposium brought together a distinguished group of dental professionals, educators, and industry leaders to exchange knowledge, explore cutting-edge advancements, and highlight emerging research. The gathering not only fostered academic engagement but also served as a valuable platform for professional development and collaboration.

CAPP (Centre for Advanced Professional Practices) had the honour of participating as a joint provider of continuing education accreditation for the event. The continuing education activity was meticulously planned and implemented in accordance with the standards of the American Dental Association Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA C.E.R.P.). This was made possible through the collaborative efforts and joint providership of CAPP and the University of Sharjah.

Held on 14 May at the University’s main campus in Sharjah, the symposium was praised for its high educational value, well-curated scientific content, and strong alignment with international accreditation standards.

The successful delivery of this event further strengthens the partnership between CAPP and the University of Sharjah and underscores their shared mission to advance dental education across the region.
