This conference is beautiful, and I am not just saying this because I am here. I come from Italy and I see many conferences in my own country and in other European countries where the people just attending for showing off themselves. During this conference, doctors attending because they want to learn things and you see the speakers teaching and not showing off. This is very nice and I am very happy to be here.

It has been great actually, it has been very interesting. I think the lectures has been great. I have learn something from each lecture I have watched this morning. After I gave my lecture, which is totally different, where everyone can be engaged, the response was excellent, people really understood the point I was trying to make. So, I think it is a different place to Europe but actually people think the same way. I think ultimately dentists want to do the same thing but still do things that make good business, that’s of course we have to do we have to make sure it works for us as for our patients. But ultimately, we are health professionals. In Europe we consider ourselves as preliminary health professionals before we are business people. I get the feeling from the people I met during this conference they think pretty much the same way, they are looking at the patients the same way as they look at themselves and try to do the right treatments.
