Clinical Implantology

The Diploma course will comprise of live surgical patient treatment hands-on training, lectures and seminars. This is a 7 months course over 12 days leading to a Post Graduate Diploma  in Clinical Implantology from the from the British Academy of Dental Implantology (BADI) and the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry (BARD). To qualify for the Diploma course you must first have successfully completed the Certificate Course. If you attend all 3 modules of the Diploma course, you will attain 84 CME.

Module 4    |    Immediate and Early Loading Concepts and Treatment of the Resorbed Jaw
Group 1: 11-14 October 2018 (4 days)   |   Group 2: 05–08 Sept 2019 (4 days)   |   Group 3: 16-19 April 2020 (4 days)

Programme outline: tooth now concept, immediate and early loading concepts from single tooth to fully edentulous patients, severely resorbed jaws, sinus lift and ridge splitting techniques, hands-on training and live patient surgical treatment.
Hands-on: live surgical patient treatment hands-on training.            

Module 5   |    Medical compromised patient and soft and hard tissue management, aesthetic and restorative challenging patient  
Group 1: 06-09 December 2018 (4 days)   |   Group 2: 17–20 October 2019 (4 days)   |   Group 3: 11-14 June 2020 (4 days)

Programme outline: medications related osteonecrosis, GBR techniques, soft tissue management, implant aesthetics, ceramics and implants.
Hands-on: live surgical patient treatment hands-on training.            

Module 6   |   Rare Complications and Techniques
Group 1: 28-31 March 2019 (4 days)   |   Group 2: 12–15 December 2019 (4 days)   |   Group 3: 03-06 September 2020 (4 days)

Programme outline: rare complications, combination implants and teeth, live patient treatment, written and oral examination and case presentations.
Hands-on: live surgical patient treatment hands-on training
