Interdisciplinary aspects of aligners: Maximize the aesthetics of your cases
Abstract
Aligners have become a common treatment alternative for orthodontic cases and especially for patients with high aesthetic expectations that would otherwise reject regular fix braces.
Patients seeking aesthetic restorations are particularly good candidates for a clear aligner treatment and in most cases, these two treatments can be combined to maximize the esthetic and functional result.
In this presentation, we will evaluate the most common clinical situations in which a multidisciplinary approach with clear aligner treatment could enhance the benefits for both the treating doctor and the patient.
