Dental Hygienist Seminar Theme: “Prevention & Maintenance”
On 08 November 2019 Centre for Advanced Professional Practices (CAPP Events) in partnership with Oral-B continued the success of the previous years through the already proven concept for professional education and development in the MEA region, the ‘Dental Hygienist Seminar’. Oral-B featured as Title Sponsor of the seminar.
The seminar welcomed a total of 321 international delegates interested in the Dental Hygienist seminar including hot topic presentations on patient maintenance, prophylaxis, implant maintenance, instrumentation, assessment of periodontal status, biofilm management, air-polishing & power scaling, periodontal non-surgical treatments, peri-implant disease & it’s management, caries prevention and infection control.
6 International speakers gave their best interpretations of what is advisable for the Dental Hygienist profession. The event further included 2 hands-on courses featuring a sessions A Comprehensive Approach for the Dental and Periodontal Patient and New Technologies and Methods for Oral Biofilm Management.

A total of 321 international and regional delegates from different specialties attended the conference and hands on courses. There are over 12 different countries represented within the two day symposium:countries. The event will once again come back to Dubai on 29-31 October 2020 as part of CAPP Dental ConfExpo.
