Abstract

Using engine-driven NITi files simplified and sped up the shaping step of the endodontic procedures. Nevertheless, curved roots remain a challenging proposal and are even sometimes quite risky to treat with traditional sequences. To this must be added the difficulty of cleaning such anatomies which remains the number 1 objective of root canal treatments. Choosing the instrument carefully and using them in an adequate manner remain paramount to complete such cases. This presentation will focus on the optimal selection and use of niti instrumentation is such anatomical configurations.
