A full-day seminar and a hands-on course covering smile design and restoration. Beginning with patient assessment using digital and several mock-up techniques to trial the smile and then achieve the optimum esthetics and function. Delegates will go on to design and create esthetic restorations with correct primary and secondary anatomical features, covering placement of composite and finishing through to maintenance. There will be a practical use of alternative methods including semi-direct and indirect composite and ceramic preparations including impression and temporization techniques.
To teach skills in patient assessment, smile design, trial and evaluation methods, composite placement and finishing, indirect and chairside techniques, ceramic preparations, and cementation.
