Simplifying endodontic procedures while increasing quality of treatments

Abstract

The lecture will describe the current use of new heat-treated NiTi instruments which exhibits superior mechanical properties when compared to traditional austenitic NiTi instruments. Increased efficiency, flexibility and strength combined with simple and rapid to reform sequence will allow clinicians to simplify procedures, avoid iatrogenic errors, and reduce costs, due to these of simplified sequences and approaches. Operative motions an d clinical hints how to maximize performance and safety will be proposed, focusing mainly on the role of clinicians in properly using the new instruments. The lecture will briefly describe a simple, efficient approach to endodontic irrigation divide in to two phases and at the end will describe the advantages of bio ceramic single-cone cold condensation. Both approaches are designed to improve not only simplicity but also overall quality of he procedures.
