Endo Ledge Management
Abstract
A ledge is an iatrogenically created irregularity inside the root canal system that requires significant experience, skills, and appropriate armamentarium to bypass safely, minimizing the risk of other complications such as perforation or instrument separation. In this lecture, we will discuss the causes of ledge formation and the proper management, from bypassing to obturation.
