Title: Enhance Your Expertise in Endo Part 1

The Endodontics course is ideal for the busy practitioner wanting to further their endodontic skills, increase their confidence and improve their clinical outcomes.

All of the 4 tenets of Endodontics are covered and practised, namely access cavities and identifying root canals, shaping, cleaning and obturating. Students will understand the biological concepts of endodontic disease and the limitations of current treatment modalities. Contemporary shaping with the latest instruments, the role of irrigation and canal cleaning with contemporary methods will be discussed and practised according to the latest evidence base. Culminating with how to remove common canal obturants when re-intervention is required.

DAY 3

Title: Digital Dentistry and Lab Flow
Faculty: Dr. James Russell & Mr. Jonathan Parkinson
Time: 09:00 - 18:00

This course is a step-by-step programme in the form of practical sessions, lectures and demonstrations- delivering the Foundation for Private Dentistry. The course will take you through the theoretical, scientific and engineering principles behind restorative dentistry.

The course is ideal if you are:

  • Hoping to acquire new skills and build confidence to take on more complex cases
  • An NHS practitioner and want to increase your private income or move fully into private practice
  • A Principal looking for a course to update your skills using the latest techniques and materials and, in these modern times, help avoid litigation

It is also a perfect “refresher” course if you feel that your knowledge and techniques have become a little dated. The field of restorative and cosmetic dentistry is advancing at a rapid rate in terms of techniques and the materials available. We continually update our courses to ensure our delegates have a competitive edge in the market.

The morning session will consist of a bleaching lecture and the afternoon session will consist of a crown & cores practical.

Title: Modern Ortho Combined with Restorative Dentistry Concepts

Treatment planning 3 cases (1 x ortho alone, 1 x Ortho + bonding, 1 x Ortho + veneers). Use putty guide to create basic bonding on model (delegates make guide from printed wax-up model)
