Terms of payment
These Online Payment Terms apply to the use of the online payment transaction services (the Services) for the payment of certain types of transactions as made available by Centre for Advanced Professional Practices EVENTS Dubai, UAE from time to time through the CAPP EVENTS website.

These Online Payment Terms constitute a contract between you and CAPP EVENTS. Please read them carefully. You may either accept or decline the Terms as indicated at the bottom of this page, but to make payment using the Services you must accept the Terms by clicking "I Accept".

Please note that the Online Payment Terms may be altered or added to by the CAPP EVENTS at any time that CAPP EVENTS determines necessary, with or without notice. Please, therefore, ensure that you read the Terms carefully on each occasion that you use the Services.

Payment of registration fees
The registration fees can be paid in Dirhams (AED) or US dollars.
Payment may be made using only Visa or MasterCard Credit cards or Debit card.
Once a payment has been made it cannot be cancelled.

Refund/Cancellation policy
A Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
- Notification in writing 40 days prior the event -50% refund.
20 days prior to the event - no refund can be given.

Only one(1) discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined. Your registration must be paid in full in order to receive the pricing for those discounts.

Privacy Policy
All personal data provided to the Organizer for registration will be treated as confidential. The data shall be used and stored for further processing and documentation purposes. The information will not be re-used for an incompatible purpose.

Ashraf Ayoub is the professor of oral & maxillofacial Surgery of the University of Glagsow, UK since 2003. He is the editor of the Oral Surgery section of the International Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and the director of the university’s postgraduate programme (MSc, OMS). He is leading a research group to study facial deformities using the recent advances in 3D/4D imaging. Prof. Ayoub is the lead surgeon of a team that includes orthodontics, technologists, psychologist and computer scientists to investigate facial malformations. He has received several awards & honors published 138 articles, 63 of them are related to 3D/4D facial imaging and lectured on the same topic locally, nationally & internationally. Prof. Ayoub’s research team was successful in obtaining several research grants to conduct an extensive multidisciplinary research projects to characterize facial deformities and quantify surgical changes. He also supervised several PhD’s in the area of stereo photogrammetry and edited a text book on the correction of dentofacial deformities. In collaboration with colleagues he organizes the Glasgow biannual course on the recent advances of the diagnosis and management of dento-facial deformities.

Professor Ayoub is the principal investigator and leading a team of researchers to study the utilization of the recent advances of bone bioengineering for maxillofacial reconstruction. The team was successful in obtaining a research grant to conduct an extensive animal research and a clinical trial. The results of this investigation were presented locally, nationally, and internationally in addition to 30 published articles in refereed journals. The results were translated to human application; BMP has been successful used for the reconstruction of alveolar cleft. In recognition of his contribution to the filed of bioengineering he was elected a member of the executive committee of the United Kingdom Society of Biomaterials (UKSB) in 2008. Professor Ayoub was nominated for the Best Undergraduate Student Teaching Award 2013/14 and was awarded the University of Glagsow Best research supervisor award, in 2015
The course will allow more interaction with the participants and would be of a value to Orthodontists, Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeons, General dentist who are interested in the management of dentofacial deformities. Participants will be asked to bring their own complex cases for discussion.
