Terms of payment
These Online Payment Terms apply to the use of the online payment transaction services (the Services) for the payment of certain types of transactions as made available by Centre for Advanced Professional Practices EVENTS Dubai, UAE from time to time through the CAPP EVENTS website.

These Online Payment Terms constitute a contract between you and CAPP EVENTS. Please read them carefully. You may either accept or decline the Terms as indicated at the bottom of this page, but to make payment using the Services you must accept the Terms by clicking "I Accept".

Please note that the Online Payment Terms may be altered or added to by the CAPP EVENTS at any time that CAPP EVENTS determines necessary, with or without notice. Please, therefore, ensure that you read the Terms carefully on each occasion that you use the Services.

Payment of registration fees
The registration fees can be paid in Dirhams (AED) or US dollars.
Payment may be made using only Visa or MasterCard Credit cards or Debit card.
Once a payment has been made it cannot be cancelled.

Refund/Cancellation policy
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Payment by Option 1 (6 installments): 50% refund will be provided if CAPP EVENTS receives a notification in writing 3 months prior the start of the module. No refund will be given after this date. Payment by Option 2 (2 installments): 50% refund will be provided if CAPP EVENTS receives a notification in writing 3 months prior the start of the first module of the year. No refund will be given after this date. Payment by Option 3 (1 installment): 50% refund will be provided if CAPP EVENTS receives a notification in writing 3 months prior the start of the first module of the first year. No refund will be given after this date.

Discounts
Only one(1) discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined. Your registration must be paid in full in order to receive the pricing for those discounts.

Privacy Policy
All personal data provided to the Organizer for registration will be treated as confidential. The data shall be used and stored for further processing and documentation purposes. The information will not be re-used for an incompatible purpose.

MODULE 2

DAY 1

Aims: To understand the role micro-organisms in the development of pulpal and periapical disease; to understand biofilms and the roles of synergism and antagonism in biofilm survival. Be able to understand the advantages and disadvantages of radiographic and electronic methods of length determination. Be able to understand their role within the GDC Standards of Care document when providing endodontic treatment.

Objectives: Students will be able to evaluate the types and roles of individual micro-organisms in stimulating endodontic disease, be able to relate histological pulp changes to clinical signs and symptoms; be able to utilize radiographic and electronic methodologies of length determination and operate within their sphere of competence according to the GDC.

DAY 2

Aims: To increase understanding of and implementation of contemporaneous preparation and obturation techniques in an attempt to achieve a 3-dimensional treatment of complex root canal spaces.

Objectives: Students will be able to safely and accurately prepare and obturate artificial root canals in plastic blocks and 3-d printed teeth. And be able to understand, visualize and analyze the limitations of current treatment modalities.

DAY 3

Aims: To introduce the student to the science of implants and endodontic treatment and re-treatment in whole patient treatment planning. To understand how to provide predictable endodontic treatment and when to remove the tooth and provide implant retained prostheses.

Objectives: Students will be able evaluate the currently available literature on implants vs endodontics. To be able to treatment plan patients according to contemporary literature for short term and long term success.
