These guidelines will provide you with valuable information about the preparation of your presentation at the conference. Please read these guidelines carefully before to submit your application. Thank you for your understanding that presentations not complying with these guidelines may be rejected or may not function properly at the congress.


  1. Conflict of interest: all faculties participating in the program supported by Commercial supporters has to disclosure any relationship they have with the supporting company.
  2. CV - Has to show significant knowledge, expertise of the subject area and sufficient presentation skills to effectively communicate with the audience
  3. Content Validity - clinical recommendations has to be accepted within the dental profession for their use. All scientific researchers must confirm to the general accepted standards of data collection and analysis

Please submit the required documents below 8 weeks prior to the event.


  1. CV of the presenter and co-authors (if there is) should be submitted in English, limited to 150-200 words together with photo picture in high resolution.
  2. Submission of the abstract
    • Limited to 300 words and has to include target audience, duration of the presentation, method, objectives, and conclusion. Please proof read before submission. We are very busy to make your corrections.
    • Abstract should be submitted in MS Word file
    • Only generic names of the products can be use
    • Promotions and advertisings are prohibited
  3. Slides of the presentation:
    • First slide have to show the objectives and disclosure of all relations of speaker and supporters
    • Acknowledgments should be provided at the last slide
    • Logos of the companies and products are strictly prohibited on the slides
  4. Signed Faculty Disclosure Form
  5. Memorandum of Agreement for commercial supporters attached.
