Combining Lecture with hands on each participant will be guided into the latest hardware for Acquisition of the best images. Software for designing different restorations additionally each participant will mill their own restorations.

Lithium Disilicate (LS2) Story of success in the cosmetic world

Veneers & the Laminated Ceramics

The main indications for veneered ceramics have varied over the Corse of time, initially indicated for treating and correcting any type of color alternation of the teeth, the development of dental materials that have replaced some indications for more conservative treatments has also broadened in scope. Veneers are primarily indicated in two situations: modifications in color, and alteration in the shape and texture of dental element.

This course combines lectures and Hands-on sessions featuring implant placement with bone augmentation procedures utilizing animal jaws that simulates the daily clinical situation. The lectures focus on implant placement, bone biology, bone graft material classifications and indications, lateral bone augmentation with simultaneous implant placement, extraction and immediate implants and sinus lifts using internal and external approach. During the hands-on sessions, participants will perform procedures demonstrated in the lectures.

To recreate a long term life-like restorations in implant dentistry is by no means an easy challenge. Our goal have also been moved further because now mimicking dental hard tissue is just not enough. Underlying and surrounding bone and soft tissue has to be respected, preserved and in some cases restored.
This course will look at the evidence for maximising the longevity and aesthetics of implants through appropriate case selection, pre-implant preparation, pre implant surgery and implant placement. It will also look at the impact of abutment connection and maintenance on long-term aesthetics.
This course will also aim to illustrate problems with achieving aesthetic outcomes with predictable longevity. By examining clinical cases closely one can identify the potential pitfalls and dangers and look to solve or work around each scenario individually.

The course will cover the necessary knowledge to master anterior aesthetic direct veneers. After the lecture and clinical cases discussion the participants will make a Direct Veneer in a highly esthetic model, using a silicone guide, prepared by themselves and will layer the dentin, enamel and effects shades step by step. Special attention will be given to the form, contours and texture of the restoration. All the steps will be shown by the instructor with an HD camera and projection with high magnification for explanation of all the details.
